i was so excited yesterday as i was told by agent that the owner's willing to sell his unit to me...i didn't expect i could get my own house at age of 30.
so i went on to do some calculation. Oh My God! all of a sudden, i felt i was indebted. the feeling is really scary and worried. My 7 years saving will be gone... ... the feeling is so complicated. i started to question myself. am i doing the right decision?
my advice for you is, don’t follow the current trend, i dont know why but people these days are soo obsessed with owning a property when property prices are sky high, ask yourself, would you rather have a fat cash in your bank account, or tied up to a loan that takes years to pay back ? besides, 30 is too young, you have a long way to go in life
